The OAK Framework
OAK Journey's framework was inspired by The Natural Step, an internationally recognized NGO founded in Sweden in 1989, that has guided organizations and communities in over 50 countries. Enriched with a strategic component —Engagement — our approach builds on this proven foundation and has consistently driven successful transformations across diverse countries and markets. To deepen this impact, we created an exclusive, tailor-made tool — the Sustainability Engagement Index — that measures and tracks organizational engagement, turning it into a driver of measurable change.
